Dr. Sexy, M.D. is a send-up of Grey’s Anatomy,where the sexy doctor is nicknamed McDreamy. 

McDreamy is played by Patrick Dempsey.

Patrick Dempsey and Jensen Ackles played lovers in the 2001 mini-series, Blonde.

The kicker? Patrick’s character was named “Cas.”

Rob knows celestial magicks inside and out and has enough chants and sigils memorized to cover ten barns. They hunt part-time and go to college the rest of it. John’s in for engineering, Rob’s in for law.

On the weekends they go get drunk with Balthazar.

#okay so i was furious at this line #but look at his EYES #they don’t even look angry #they look desperate and hurt and upset #like dean cannot take watching this Cas anymore #and especially now #when the world is hanging in the balance and his comrade is basically out of commission it frustrates him beyond belief #because cas had always been there to fight by his side #but now cas is barely a semblance of his old self and maybe dean blames himself a little #maybe he can relate to it a lot #because he knows what it’s like to be broken and lapse but always getting back up brushing himself off and getting the job done #and that’s what he expects cas to do #sure he shouldn’t have said it in such a cruel way #but dean constantly forgets that everything is still brand new to cas #that he is not a hunter like him and has never fallen so hard before #ugh jesus but you can just tell by his eyes that he’s not trying to be cruel #he’s trying to get HIS cas back

And that little pause between “broken”, right before he says ‘Cas’, speaks volumes. Like he could’ve blurted “Nobody cares your broken, Dean” because no one really did. He’s been broken since he was four. But Cas, Cas was an angel and Dean thought that they couldn’t BE broken yet here they are and that little pause says everything that these characters usually say in their long stares - it says “damnit Cas, I need you” “why are you broken” “Why can’t I fix you” “why can’t you just be my Cas again?” “Why do I have to lose you too, of all people I’ve lost, why you too?” And just feeEELS OK FEELS SO MANY
